A New Chapter for the Witches of Whisper Grove

There’s something a little strange about coming home.

You expect everything to look exactly as you left it. The same familiar streets. The same old house. The same characters waiting around the corner, ready to cause trouble.

But sometimes, coming home means seeing everything with new eyes.

That’s exactly what I’m doing with The Witches of Whisper Grove.

After a long time away, I’m back in Whisper Grove—and I’m writing the final book in the series.

Yes. Really. 😄

The Winther sisters have been through curses, murder, magic, mayhem, romance, and more supernatural trouble than any family should reasonably survive. And now I’m working on the book that will finally bring their story to its conclusion.

But before we get there, there’s another change coming.

A Fresh Start for Whisper Grove

The earlier books in the series were originally published under Andris Bear.

As I return to the series, I’ve decided to bring The Witches of Whisper Grove with me under my new pen name, Andria Yona.

That means the books will be re-released under the new name, with fresh covers and a renewed focus on the series as a whole.

The stories themselves remain the stories you fell in love with. The Winther sisters are still the Winther sisters. Chester is still Chester. Whisper Grove is still the wonderfully strange little town where magic and mystery have a habit of colliding.

I'm simply giving the series a fresh start—and bringing everything together under one name.

And Then There Were Six

The series has grown quite a bit since Evangeline first stepped into the spotlight.

We started with Evie, followed the Winther sisters through their own adventures, and eventually discovered that there were still secrets hiding within the family.

And then there was Clea.

Clea's story originally took the series into another author's shared world, which made her book a little different from the others. As I bring The Witches of Whisper Grove back together, I'm also bringing Clea's book back into the fold.

Her story will be reworked so it belongs fully to the Whisper Grove world, allowing Clea and her adventure to take their rightful place alongside the rest of the Winther family.

Some things may change along the way, but Clea's story—and the character herself—aren't being forgotten. Quite the opposite.

I'm excited to bring her home.

Now we're heading toward the final story.

Book six will be Freya's story, and I'm determined to give the series the ending it deserves.

I'm not going to give away what happens. (Chester has been sworn to secrecy, although he assures me he knows everything.)

There are still mysteries to unravel, dangers to face, and at least a little trouble waiting in Whisper Grove.

And, of course, there will be magic.

Now it's time to finish what we started.

And I have a feeling Chester would say that it's about damn time.
